About Perception Initiative
Perception Initiative is more than a podcast — it’s a movement. Born out of necessity, shaped by experience, and driven by a shared vision for change, we exist to challenge stereotypes, educate minds, and strengthen our community through storytelling and lived perspective.
Who We Are
We’re three Black men who have experienced life abroad — with all the challenges and learning curves it comes with. We've each faced tough encounters with the police, biased systems, and cultural misunderstanding. Instead of staying silent, we decided to speak up — and bring you along for the journey.
Who We Are
🔍 Truth: We say it how it is — no sugar-coating.
✊🏾 Empowerment: We want our people to feel confident and informed.
🧠 Education: Awareness is the first step to safety and growth.
🎥 Engagement: Our episodes are intentionally real, human, and honest.
Why It Matters
Too many stories go unheard. Too many brothers and sisters walk away from encounters feeling powerless. At Perception Initiative, we’re here to flip the script — one video, one conversation, one viewer at a time.
